Deposit and Payment

In order to secure our services and reserve the date for your wedding, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures no other conflicting work is taken on your event date.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Lily Cora Flowers (details provided on invoice).

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit. Late payments may incur a surcharge.

Cancellations and Changes

• Minor changes may be accepted up to 3 weeks before the wedding, subject to product availability and pricing adjustments.

• All changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and variation in costs.

• If the client cancels, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in additional charges based on work already completed or materials purchased.

• If Lily Cora Flowers cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given, including the deposit.

Rentals

• Any vases, props, or equipment rented to you must be returned or collected in the same condition as provided.

• A replacement fee will be charged for any items lost, broken, or damaged.

• Items must be returned or made available for collection within 48 hours of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel and Installation Fees

A travel and/or installation fee will apply to events that require on-site setup. This is calculated based on the size, complexity, and distance of the event and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Substitutions and Availability

• The client agrees to communicate any colour preferences, flower likes/dislikes, and style requests clearly.

• Lily Cora Flowers will advise on seasonality and availability, but due to the natural and perishable nature of flowers, specific varieties cannot be guaranteed.

• The florist reserves the right to make substitutions using flowers of similar appearance, value, and quality to maintain the overall design and aesthetic.

• Lily Cora Flowers will act in good faith and to the best of their ability to meet the original vision outlined in the quote.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

Lily Cora Flowers is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, unforeseen transport disruptions, or major road closures.

In such cases, we will make every effort to fulfill our obligations. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus any expenses already incurred.

Liability

Lily Cora Flowers is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or handling of floral arrangements, structures, installations, or rented equipment after delivery or setup.

The client assumes responsibility for informing the venue of any floral installations, rigging requirements, or safety concerns.

Images and Marketing

• The client agrees that photos of Lily Cora Flowers’ floral work may be used in promotional materials, online platforms, and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.

• Any images shared publicly by the client that include Lily Cora Flowers’ work must be credited and tagged appropriately.

• If the client does not wish for any photographs of them personally to be used, they must inform us in writing.

Agreement and Signatures

By paying the deposit, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement. This contract becomes legally binding upon receipt of the deposit.
